Queuing this, because it’s one of the nicer things I’d like people to be reminded of in a week or so. Foster a cat (or dog/bunny/whatever) or adopt one, or sponsor one if you’re allergic. You can also donate pet food/blankets/money/toys to your local shelters (especially no-kill shelters) and money is always good too. If you’re not allowed to have pets, you can volunteer as a walker/socializing companion and just give love and affection and maybe a run around the block.
